Overall Summary / Purpose for this Position
VAIRIX is seeking Independent Sales Representatives. We seek individuals with software project selling experience. Sales Representatives are responsible for working on demand generation, calling, and managing the sales cycle.

Remuneration Terms:
This is a "Commission Only" (no base salary) opportunity. The sales commissions are aggressive and without top level caps, thereby offering you the flexibility to control your own success.

This position has a high degree of autonomy, and you will be responsible for generating leads, identifying business opportunity, closing business and managing and growing accounts.

At least 2 years sales development or technology market experience (SaaS sales preferred). You will need the ability to generate and qualify your own leads and or an existing client base.

  • The ideal candidate must be self-driven with an entrepreneurial edge, and have experience working on both small and large accounts.

  • Candidates must possess a confident personality suitable for handling cold calls and account management. Excellent presentation, organization, verbal and written communication are mandatory.

  • Candidates are expected to be able to converse fluently at all contact levels within an organization (from Junior to C-Level).

  • Candidates must possess and subscribe to high work and business ethics, and be extremely self-motivated.

  • This position is ideal for someone who has experience working remotely with supporting working environment in place.

  • Some travel could be required for onsite presentations and visits to qualified prospects in addition to, trade shows etc.
